Do you know what? I love faking pictures as a way to improve someone's ability to use a computer's mouse. Let's consider the coming picture (on the left) that I found on the Internet, and converted into an anaglyph (right). 'Aha!', I thought (In German). 'Hier fehlt doch ein linker Arm!'. 'Blast! Here is indeed some left arm missing!'. |
||
The problem was therefore to help the poor ballerina find again her left arm that had been cut off!
The first thing to do was an enlargement of the picture on the left side.
Then you must find a left arm in order to replace the arm missing: first of all the arm is selected with the mouse, then copied and pasted at the right place after adjusting the actual size.
After pasting the missing arm it is now necessary to fill in the gaps and unify the general scenery, what is quite easy with the mouse.
And now it is time to put everything into an anaglyph...
